MR PLAN GmbH (consecutively called MR PLAN) is pleased about you visiting our website and your interest in our company, our products and our services. For us it is an important concern to protect your personal data in information processing during the whole business process and we wish that you feel safe when visiting our website. In the following we explain, which information we at MR PLAN collect during your visit at our website and how it is used.

Personal information
Personal information are particulars about personal and factual relations of a certain or assignable natural person. This includes for example your real name, your address, your telephone number and your date of birth.  Information, that cannot be assigned to your real identity – like favorite websites or the number of visitors of a site – are no personal information.

If you wish to contact MR PLAN via e-mail we point out that the confidenciality of the information transmitted is not guaranteed. The content of e-mails can be read from a third party. Thus we recommend you to accord us confidential information solely by regular mail.

Right of access to personal data
On written request we will inform you which data about you (for example: name, address) we have stored.
